Great replacement for a Casio G Shock

I have been using this for about a month now and am very pleased with the data it records and moves to my Garmin account. It took some time to learn some of the functions and how to set them up, but once set up it is easy to access what I want to track.
Cost wise it is a bit pricey both worth the cost. I have been a Casio G Shock user for many years and this is a good replacement for both time keeping and the functions available. I like the solar charging and using GPS for time accuracy.

The reason I this model is my older Garmin Forerunner 45 had poor battery while using GPS on long backpacking days. I am definitely looking forward using Instinct on my trekking trip in Nepal next month.

Great watch. I love that it’s not touch screen. It has great battery life especially with the solar. Love using it during marathons, hikes, and daily wear.

Great for health Conscious and outdoors

I bought it 4 weeks ago replacing my Casio Pro Trek triple sensor with altitude compass and Barometric pressure. This one gives me this and much more, heart rate, sleep, oxygen, stress evaluation and a lot more that slowly will learn, a mild draw back is the lack of a good instructions, there is a lot of private tutoring in the web.
