Descalling this machine and making it work is a nightmare.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I absolutely LOVE this machine! I love how Nespresso emphasizes recycling the pods after you are done. Purchasing this machine is worth it for a coffee lover! It’s a great alternative to buying Starbucks everyday. It’s so easy to use and clean too.

Horrible!

My husband got me this for Christmas and within 4 days the machine would not turn on and stopped brewing. They are sending a replacement, but I’m not convinced that this will be something that we keep, especially considering all of the issues that others have had. Really frustrating after purchasing a boatload of expensive capsules for it!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the flavor of the coffee and how easy it was to use. It is simple to use and very quick. It is a bit pricey for the pods so I wasn’t a fan overtime it got to be too much.

My husband has been wanting this but didn’t want to spend the money on himself. So obviously Santa brought it for him. It is 100% worth every Penny. The coffee tastes outstanding and made so perfectly!
