Impressive design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been making so many delicious coffees while I’ve had my Nespresso Vertuo coffee maker! I like the long narrow design, it doesn’t take up a wide space on the counter. The built in pod holder is genius! The water reservoir doesn’t seem big but it holds enough water for a few cups of regular coffee. We had a lot of fun making expresso and cappuccino but I’m not sure I have the time for the process every morning. The flavor was bold. I did not like the separate milk frother. It required an additional outlet and I felt it was bulky In comparison to the sleek machine. Outlets are a precious commodity in the kitchen and always needing to unplug another small appliance was inconvenient. I also didn’t like that it was a little more difficult to get my hands on more specialty pods. They weren’t available at my local grocery store and my husband didn’t tell me when we were low until it was too late. I commend Nespresso for their recycling efforts. All the packaging and the pods are able to be recycled. All in all, it makes a great cup of coffee.

Nice Features. Good Design

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I like that the unit is well designed and fits into a rather small space. I don't like having things on my counter and so I want products that take up a small footprint. The Vertuo Next meets that need.
There are quite a lot of different pods and types of flavors. I look forward to trying a bunch of them and seeing what is my favorite.
It's a true gourmet brew in the comfort of your home. It wasn't hard to set up and it is easy to clean.

Makes excellent coffee! Fun to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using this beautiful machine for a few weeks now, and it has not let me down, not once! It is very simple to use and set up was easy. The directions in the manual were clear. It is very simple to clean. The bin that collects used coffee capsules removes completely for easy removal. The capsules are recyclable! You even get a prepaid pouch to sent off your used capsules! The coffee is delicious! This was my first experience using a milk frother. It performed well with no problems. The manual for it says that previously frozen milk will not froth very well, but it did for me. I used 2% milk. I would suggest trying it for yourself. It looks amazing in my kitchen. I would even go so far as saying that it adds a touch of class!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this a few months ago because our college age kiddo kept complaining about our keurig coffee. Holy moly this coffee is so much better! This is so easy to use and the flavor of each cup is outta this world! AND there’s a milk frother! Highly recommend & so does our college coffee connoisseur!

Waste Of Money

I purchased this machine and was so excited to use it. Broke down 3rd week. Got a replacement, the replacement broke down as well.
Buttons don't work
Water leaks from bottom
Wastes Pods
Waste of money!!
The good thing is that Nespresso customer service is great! They sent me a different style, looking forward to using that.

Piece of garbage

Within three month, it does not work anymore. I got the same orange/red light from other reviews. BTW, please make the light lighter even for this warning light. I have to turn off all lights in my room to see it!!!

Changed My Coffee Game Forever

It's been at least a season since I bought my machine and my coffee game has totally changed! I used to drink a hot coffee with cream every morning, but now I'm making myself iced lattes and saving so much money in the process. I love making a brown sugar shaken espresso and creating new, fun recipes. I'm addicted to espresso now, lol. The only thing I'm still getting used to is the button on top; it doesn't always respond immediately so I press it again, and it tries to go into cleaning mode. I also don't have any Nespresso boutiques near me and the grocery stores rarely have Vertuo pods in stock. So I wish it were a little more accessible to get pods, rather than having to order online, but hopefully that'll change one day soon. With that being said, the quality of the coffees are unmatched. I'm super happy with the purchase!

Thank you for your review. We’re thrilled you’re enjoying your Vertuo Next machine. The Vertuo Next machine powers off automatically after two minutes of non-use. To turn your machine on, press the button once and the cup button light will begin to pulse slowly for about 30 seconds, indicating the “warm-up” phase. Once the light is steady the machine is ready for use. After a Nespresso capsules has been inserted for brewing, close the head and ensure the lever is fully locked. The lever must go past the lock symbol and there should be a slight click sound when fully locked. Press the cup button once to begin coffee preparation. The cup button light will begin to blink. However, it may take a moment before the flow begins as the machine is reading the bar code and pre-wetting the capsule. Once the machine is finished brewing, the cup button light will become solid. Open the head by turning the lever all the way to the right to eject the capsule into the capsule container.

Great Coffee, Error Code Problem

First and foremost, the coffee is absolutely wonderful.
I purchased the Vertuo Next back in June, 2021 and fell in love immediately. That being said, fast-forward to September, 2021 and the orange blinking light comes on when I attempt to brew my usual morning coffee. I tried the descaling mode, the cleaning mode, and spoke with a rep from Nespresso, who guided me through the troubleshooting process. It was determined that the machine would need to be replaced. I am currently awaiting my replacement machine in the mail. I will keep an optimistic outlook on the next machine, but I am a little concerned as to how long the next machine will last based upon these other reviews. I hope that if this happens again, I will be able to trade it out for a different series. Don't hesitate to buy a Nespresso machine! Just be careful with the Vertuo Next series and perhaps opt in for a different Nespresso series machine instead. Absolutely love Nespresso regardless! Great customer support too.
