Not Horrible

Got one in December. I loved it! One day it stopped working. It would turn on and then the red light blinked and just shut off. Customer Service is the best. They sent me a new machine. In April all the pods tasted bitter. I thought maybe it was the pods I was using but no it was the machine. I called and the sent me a refurbished Next machine. I had that a for 2 weeks and it would leak during the cleaning cycle. I called again and I was able to switch out my machine to a different one. Honestly I loved this machine but I just didn't love the issues.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my 2nd nespresso machine. The first one was still going strong after 4 years, but I needed a smaller one due to counter space limitations. This Vertuo Next is ingenious in design and simplicity and ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!

It's compact size was the main selling point for me. My husband was skeptical and even agrees that this machine just puts out GREAT coffee!
