I'm actually thinking of returning the mattress. It's VERY soft with no support which means waking up feeling achy. It's definitely better than my old bed, but not as good as I was hoping for. How would one ship this back??

Great pillow

I love my pillows. I had to order a second because I found them to be a little on the soft side so my head sunk in a little more than I thought it might. Once my second pillow came in I was golden. I have not necessarily noticed a "cooling effect" but something must be going on because I sleep very hot and I have not once had a hot head on the GhostPillow. I highly recommend all things GhostPillow and GhostBed!

I have had my ghost bed for about a month now and I am loving it. The shipping was quick and I got 3 free pillows when I ordered (sorry if that promo isn't going on when you are reading this). I went from a tempurpedic in high school to some Amazon foam bed in college to this bed out of college. I can't say I had some nagging back/side/neck issue that went away because of this bed, but I have been sleeping like I was in high school with not a worry in the world (besides who likes who). It definitely is a stiffer bed. It's like sleeping on top of your bed instead of sleeping "in" your bed. Also I have been sleeping much cooler than the Amazon mattress. I can't remember how the temp was on the tempurpedic.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After recieving my ghost pillow,I thought Ok,here's another memory foamish pillow...was I ever wrong,I have never slept on a more comfortable pillow in my life,it contours to your neck yet isn't to firm of a pillow,in other words it's perfect...don't hesitate and get your self one!!
