Love the pillow! I like to hug my pillow while I sleep and this one is perfect. It has not lost it's shape and is very comfortable!

Comfy but not enough support

I have many memory foam pillows (contoured, side sleeping, normal, perforated for more softness) from different brands and just haven't found the perfect pillow for me. I was hoping this would be it and although I found it comfortable, I felt lack of support for my neck. I have been using contoured ones previously and felt they pushed my head too high. This pillow seems to be near the right height but I didn't feel enough support and would wake up to neck and shoulder stiffness still

Comfortable yet slow delivery

Very disappointed with the 8 day delivery time it took. One reason after reading reviews I went with Ghostbed was the quick delivery stated..
Setup was easy. Had back pain with old bed and now no longer have it . I do have some hip pain when I sleep on side all night. Hope this will soon go with some time to adjust to the new bed. Sleeping on my back is great, good support, no bounce.Did not find the bed to be to warm as mentioned by some. Like the firmness yet soft feel of mattress. Also pillows are comfortable..
Rated a 3 due to delivery time and as mentioned some hip pain. Overall rate as a good bed not great. Time will tell if a good bed...

Easy to unpack and came fast

We moved into a new apartment and got this mattress to replace our old one. It was super simple to unpack and the pillows are really nice.

Boring bed

Has a nasty dimpled texture to the mattress cover that you can feel through the sheets. A bit too firm, and I like firm. My wife wakes up with back pain. I just find it uneventful. Neither comfortable nor uncomfortable. Cannot for the life of me feel the memory foam layer underneath the Dunlop latex. I doubt you would notice if it wasn't there since memory foam is activated by body heat and no heat gets through the fairly thick layers. Really wanted to like this more.
