Got the pillow for my wife who has lower back and hip pain. Since using the pillow it’s helped her not be so sore in the morning. For hip and lower back pain, you might want to try this pillow.

I love it i think its first good pillow ever i found in america for the first time.
I spend a lot of money on pillow because of neck injury.
But this is the best one i ever bought ever so far.
How ever i have some idea regarding modification of it if they can make it.
Because i had neck injury and i did surgery on it so im very concern on my pillow.

I have slept on a firm foam pillow for years. This one is equally comfortable with regard to firmness with the added coolness I was looking for. I am quite pleased with the results.

I like the support it gives and the way it can be smooshed to fit me, but I have to say I'm disappointed that it doesn't really stay cool beneath my head and neck.
I would recommend this to a friend!

After 6 months the seams are falling apart. Fabric cover pills like crazy. "Cooling" effect lasts about a minute before I need to move my head. In short, save your money and find something else.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Pillow is comfortable and breathable though in the past, most of the foam pillows I've purchased in the past start out great. Will have to see how long this one lasts!
