The ghostpillow is very soft, but

The ghost pillow is very soft, and must be used on the ghost bed. If you put your arm under your pillow as a sromach sleeper, it will squish down and feel like your arm is against your face with very little pillow in between. Mostly for back sleepers, not as much for side or stomach sleepers.
However, I have TMJ, and commonly would wake up with jaw pain, probably from the pressure of sleeping on my face. This has been almost eliminated since using the ghost pillow. My TMJ is not gone, but the wakeup pains are, and the flare ups during the day have been more infrequent.
I like to have more support in a pillow, which is why it was given this rating. I spent days wondering whether to just use my old pillow, but ultimately decided on ghost pillow because it always remains cool and helps relieve pressure from my jaw.

My husband was struggling to find a pillow that worked for him until we received our two pillows from GhostBed! Now he has claimed both of them! I'll have to order more for myself now! Wonderful pillows!

I got this for my wife, and she is very picky with pillows. She is so pleased and makes sure we take it on trips. I am very pleased and will look into buying more.

GHOSTBED and pillows

We have been sleeping on our new GHOSTBED and pillows for a couple of weeks now. Just like everyone else says it does start out pretty firm, but hey I like a firm mattress so all is good. To early to tell if it should be moved up to five stars but I'm pretty sure I will be keeping it, back has been feeling better and less tossing and turning.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Everyone has a different mattress type and firmness, I get that, and while I have no idea what I need, I do know that this bed is fantastic!
The instructions say you can sleep on it immediately, but total recovery from compressed state may take up to 24 hours. This is no lie! I was almost disappointed the first night I slept on this bed. It had only been 5 hours since I took it out of the packaging. The 2nd night was COMPLETELY different! The 3rd night was the best night yet. I got 9 hours of sleep for the first time in a long time. Slept through the night for the first time in months. No back pain. No neck pain. Lets hope the next 3 years are as great as the first 3 nights!
Everyone has a different level of firmness for their mattress. I'm still not sure exactly what mine is. This mattress is more firm than my last mattress but but the memory foam is so conforming it doesn't matter. While this mattress might not be for everyone I will tell you that after 3 nights I'm not giving this mattress back!

Nice, put not perfect

The purchasing and shipping process was simple and quick. The mattress was easy to set up and didn't have much of smell, even the first night. For me the mattress is too firm, I am a side sleeper under 140 pounds. My partner heavy, back sleeper, likes the firmness just fine. But I will have to add a topper to be comfortable.
I was very disappointed with the pillows for one reason, that giant embroidered logo! You can feel it through the pillowcase, its hard and scratchy so basically you can only use one side.
