The pillow is very nice and cooling. Its just taking some adjustment to get used to the sinking that memory foam has.

I have had the pillow for a few weeks now. I am a 5’11” male with broad shoulders and a side sleeper. This pillow has elevated my neck pains from past injuries and stiffness. I would highly recommend for strictly side sleepers.

EVEN THOUGH IT IS SMALLER THAN I FELT IT SHOULD BE ........IT IS VERY COLD.......IT IS STILL WINTER HERE THOUGH ........SO WHEN THE WARM WEATHER COMES .......I WILL LET YOU KNOW THEN

The Ghost pillow is the best pillow! I was skeptical about a foam pillow but no more. My neck is supported and I'm comfortable all night long without having to readjust the pillow. My face sunk into my previous pillows making me feel hot and it was sometimes hard to breathe - not so with the Ghost. It's the best pillow I've ever slept on :)

I bought my first ghost pillow about - year ago and with time wear and tear I decided to take the plunge and purchase a new one. The quality and materials were better than the older one. There are also small refinements that have made it better. It will take about a week to get use to it but will be great once you do.
I would recommend this to a friend!
