Too large stitching pattern on cool side of pillow of their logo/brand name, makes what would be a perfect cool sided pillow not fully enjoyable as you are trying to avoid this massively stitched logo. Almost perfect.

Very annoying that this cool side of the pillow is not the entire surface. The logo stitching is uncomfortable and annoying. The cool side of this pillow would be perfect if this design flaw were addressed. Amazing pillow otherwise!

I have chronic neck issues and struggle to find something that fits! This fluffy pillow has helped me sleep deeper and more comfortable! Its like sleeping on a cloud!
