Too Soft of a Pillow - Good Luck on the Return

Pillow is too soft for us so we are sending back. However the 1 star is because I have reached out 3 times for a refund with no reply to my "ticket". The 100 nights or whatever the amount of days they provide is worthless if they won't return the product. We do have their Ghostbed Lux we are happy with and luckily didn't need to return it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

As for all the extras, we love the sheets, they feel great next to your skin, but the pillows are just ok. But again Thank you Ghost Bed teem.

These are used as a secondary pillow and unlike that they are med firm and retain their shape.

Most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on in my entire life. Just the right amount of softness and firmness. The pillows are my absolute favorite! My 13 month old daughter even loves it. She tries sleeping on the pillow!

Very comfortable pillows. They come vacuum sealed like the mattress, so you get to see it pop open and expand like the matress. I sleep great with them. I like to bunch them up and sleep with them. No smells, great comfort.
