I really enjoy this pillow new pillow i bought my self. My sleep position is on back and i have a big head and unfortunately the firmness could be a little more dense. I was very surprised though when it truly was cool to the touch and stayed a nice temperature through the whole night. Its so close to the perfect pillow for me, if it were a little more firm and a little cooler it would be amazing. Id still recommend this to many people especially when looking for a quality pillow at an awesome price

Great for elevated sleepers

I am I side deeper and this pillow worked great for the most part. I stopped using it, though, because I'm a small woman and the shredded foam held its shape a little TOO well. Very comfortable, I just don't like having an elevated head at all when sleeping. I prefer the neutral spine. I prefer the ghost pillow over the shredded.

Amazing AND Cool

Most memory foam pillows get too hot, but this one is actually pretty good at heat mitigation. It gets warm, but definitely not super hot. If it's too warm I'll just move to the other side of the pillow. Great thing about this one is it keeps its shape! Best and most comfortable memory foam pillow I've had

When I first received this pillow, as part of my bed purchase, I wasn't very comfortable with it. The amount of stuffing made it difficult for me to use and the pillowcase kept slipping off the pillow. THEN, I realized that I could adjust the amount of filling to meet my needs - I removed probably a third or more of the filling and now I have a pillow I am enjoying. I'm keeping the extra stuffing just in case.

Comfortable and cool

Shipping took a while due to covid-19, but once it got here it has been great. The cover on the pillow actually does stay cooler than other pillows, even with a pillowcase on. I haven't had any issues with it sleeping hot like foam can do sometimes.
While it is softer than my previous memory foam pillows, it doesn't sink in as much as they do. I've had some really great sleep on it so far. My old pillows (Target memory foam pillows) are no longer comfortable and don't seem to be supportive. I've woken up with almost no neck or back pain since switching (have neck and back issues so that will never completely go away) and no headaches from pressure from pillows or misalignment of my neck.
I'm a bigger guy (6'1" 300 lbs) who usually sleeps in all positions throughout the night (back, side, stomach) and all have been mostly comfortable. Stomach sleeping isn't quite as comfortable because I think the pillow is just a touch too high, but after a few weeks/couple months I think it might even out.
The only downside I see is if you are someone who likes to flip your pillow over, only one side has the cooling cover.
We have a Purple mattress and this pillow works pretty well with it.
I think my wife is plotting to steal this pillow from me. You may need to order 2.
Side note: the "GhostPillow by GhostBed" logo can be seen through our pillowcases, which I personally don't have an issue with, I think it is a really good example of smart branding, having a "ghost" of a logo show.

The pillows stay cool!!!! I kid you not! So very comfortable. They've saved my neck - no more physical therapy, just nice, uber-comfy pillows.
