It seemed too hard and flat at first but I’m adjusting to it. In fact, I’m starting to like the support it offers. The single piece of foam is certainly not like any other pillow I’ve had. I do like that it stays a bit cooler than most pillows. Yet I still miss the fluffiness of my old pillow just a bit.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A bit firmer than I prefer

the pillows feel nice, but would prefer a little softer. Also, the foam is loose inside the pillow case. My old ghost pillow has the foam inside an inner pillow case so I could put the ghost bed pillow case in the washing machine without the foam.

Still sweating, and it took a while to get used to the pillow. Seemed harder than those I've tried. DON'T LIKE the sewn in logo on the "sleeping" side, but I did cover it with a 100% cotton pillow case. I might keep the pillow, and if not, add it to our collection for guests.

I returned my mattress and the company need me to send these "free" pillows back or they are going to charge me. Buyer BEWARE!!
Plus these pillows smell and are just small hard pillows.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
