I got this pillow for my boyfriend. He always complains of having to turn his pillow over in the middle of the night. I started looking into cold pillows and was excited when I found your website. He loves the memory foam material and says it’s very comfortable to sleep on. He says it stays cold all night and has improved his sleep a lot.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I was highly disappointed after trying to use for a week. Pillow form is great however, I purchased two for the cooling feature that was so highly referred to on your website. It may be cold for the first five minutes but that is about it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Its is wonderfully soft, and seems to made of quality materials. But I still bunch it up under my neck for enough support. So I should have ordered a firmer one. I don't want to return it, I'd like to order another one when I can afford it. Bye

Pillow is decent, but the size is way too small (almost made for a toddler). Would have to get the extra stuffing for more adjustments.
Beware if you use the return policy you will be responsible for shipping costs. This could be made more apparent.

Shipping time is 3-4 WEEKS - not 5-7 days. The pillow under your head heats up close to a regular pillow within 1 hr., but the rest of the pillow is only partially heated up. The flip side of the pillow never is as cool as the opposite side ( side with embossed "GhostPillow"). Pillow is comfortable, but density occasionally causes ears to block up when sleeping on your side. Pillow needs more fill for side sleepers. I ordered 2 anticipating this issue, but was only sent one - waiting for the other to arrive so I can double up.
Overall pillow is an improvement temperature wise, but you still need to flip just not as much. Pillow is good for about 4 hrs. before it is totally heated up to the extent of a regular pillow.

The pillow itself is comfortable and I really enjoy the ice material. The issue i have is the logo embroidered onto the middle of the pillow is too think and u comfortable to sleep on. It actually really ruins the experience. Unfortunately you can't get the ice cover without the giant logo. Would give 5 stars if I could get the ice covering without such an intrusive logo digging into my ear.
