I think it would be good for a back sleeper or even stomach sleeper. But, as a side sleeper, I found my head sunk and the lovely squish was gone. It’s a great pillow just not for me.

I love my ghost pillow because it is very comfortable and the thickness is perfect. The quality and construction was very well designed. Would highly recommend!

INCREDIBLY Comfortable, retains it's shape in a supportive (not rigid) way, and stays cool all night! Best pillow I've ever used!

The smell was so bad

The smell was so bad I haven't, been able to use it. I had to put them in a garbage bag with bounce laundry sheets and wrap them to see if the smell from it can be absorbed. Don't waste your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
