[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just purchased a home with a huge backyard and my boyfriend loves being outdoors so this hammock is going to get a world of use once spring comes back around. Overall it is rather sturdy so it comfortably fits both me and my boyfriend and it’s the perfect outdoor hanging spot!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband and I are longtime hammock lovers and even brought home a handwoven one from our first adventure together in Belize; it was brightly colored and fashioned in the typical Caribbean style found strung from the stilts of every home throughout the islands. There’s nothing like the comfort of the cocoon they create while enjoying a refreshing siesta. Unfortunately, it was ruined by a destructive puppy several years ago and has not yet been adequately replaced, though we’ve certainly tried. I brought our new, easily transportable Tranquillo double hammock to our lake house last weekend, neatly packed in its lightweight carrying bag. The shimmery blue green of the peacock colored hammock was the perfect antidote to the gray skies, and the silky perforated fabric felt very comfortable and cool on our skin. The coated steel folding stand was simple to use, and so steady it felt as if the swinging hammock was mounted to a deeply rooted tree. I was able to enjoy total peace of mind in its safety, enough so as to allow my 2 and 5 year old to climb up unassisted and enjoy the swing as well. My husband asked if I wanted to leave it when we returned home, as an amenity for our short term rental guests, and the answer was a resounding no way.
