Just bought it, igniter broke

Just purchased and put it together. Love the size aid the flat top surface. Very easy to assemble, but, when I tried to install the igniter battery, the battery holder was or is broken. Can a replacement be sent at no charge?

My house burned down and lost my blackstone grill. I loved it so well had to buy me another one. Couldn’t afford the one I had before had to settle with this one.
