Having trouble converting to natural gas

I changed the orifices with the 7 mm tool three unscrew no problem. The last one broke off and the thread portion is still in the orifice and I can’t remove it. Is there something you can send me or a part to help change the orifice

Grease trap

The Grease trap tray fills up real quick. Need a better setup.
Also it's located in the back so I then need to pull the whole Blackstone out to get to it and when it's full to the rim it spills over onto the ground.
