I just seasoned my Blackstone for the first time. It was a simple process and very satisfying. I then cooked up some burgers for my family and some fried onions and it was absolutely amazing. I had to have a cigarette after.

Love the Blackstone griddle!!

I received the 2267 model for a gift. At first I thought it was cool and I was grateful.....but after using it, my Wife and I fell in love with it. I think we've used the propane grill maybe once in six months, as avid cooks, because we're using the griddle instead. The griddle is so easy to use and clean up after is a quick breeze. As opposed to using the stove and pans, we tend to use the Blackstone instead, due to the ease of use and clean up. Fantastic product and extremely well built. I expect some serious longevity out of this beast.
