The griddle is awesome. I definitely recommend getting the 36 inch. We have a big family and it helps with more cooking room, unfortunately, like all the other reviews we had missing parts. The handles on the hood are missing hardware, and the paper tower holder was missing hardware. Other than that. This thing is awesome. Hopefully Blackstone will send me a little care package on top of my missing hardware.
