The Blackstone 36” Omnivore Griddle is perfect for grilling almost anything. I think the only thing it won’t do is smoke your food!

Convenient but warps easily

This griddle is very convenient and nothing sticks! I followed all the instructions and watched the video that came with the equipment to season and care for this Blackstone. I have owned it for a week and have used five times, it’s everything I thought it would be! The issue I have is the griddle itself has already warped in the front. I followed all the instructions provided and even watched videos about preventing this issue, including warming it up on low and slowly adding additional burners to raise the temperature, but even with that the front of the griddle top has warped so now all of my tallow or oil flows to the center after just one week of owning it.
