great product! the bladder is thick and kept my water cold in 90 degree heat for 6+ hours! the pockets are designed and put in very smart locations. the 16L was perfect size for my rain poncho, umbrella, sunscreen, portable fan, snacks, an extra shirt, and other small things! perfect day bag!

I bought this before a big hiking trip in Europe. I wanted a smaller-ish hiking pack, but one that could still fit everything I needed on my hikes. I am 5'4" and weigh ~120lbs and this pack was pretty much perfect! I wish the shoulder straps could be made a littttle tighter but otherwise, I'd highly recommend!! I love that the water bladder is top fill - makes it SO much easier. Theres a separate insulated space (like a laptop sleeve) in the pack to keep your water cool and it definitely works! The straps are well padded, they never caused me issues or pain. Theres a TON of storage space, including 2 side pockets and 2 belt pockets for smaller items. Warning: I hoped I'd be able to keep my iphone 11 in the front pocket for easy access but it didn't fit. The front pocket is open but with the adjustable straps, I was never worried of anything falling out. Perfect for storing a rain jacket, towel, or snacks. Overall, I'm happy with my purchase!
