Work great but has a MAJOR flaw

The griddle works great; however, has a MAJOR flaw and that is the side tilt-n-fold handles... There are 1/4" tabs that operate the handles which are extremely flimsy and once broke, the griddle is unusable unless you put it on top of the stove or something. We have broken the handles twice now. I purchased a replacement handle the first time but now that the replacement has broken, I'm done. Will be looking at a different company or style without this system. It's a shame as otherwise it works great!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Horrible design

This is the worst griddle I ever purchased. We bought this for Christmas and within the first week one of the side stands cracked right where the gray lever supports are..
When unfolded the griddle is unstable and intolerant of any pressure being placed on it. I can't even find a replacement for the right foldable stand so now we just have to deal with it.

Wanted to love

While I wanted to love this, my handles broke and I just threw the whole thing away. That was my second and both lasted less than a year.

Bad griddle

this is my second griddle, The first had a problem with having even cooking surface. The one I have now has that problem and sticks even with using vegtable oil. I will never buy a presto griddle again...

Love it but…

I really like this griddle. My one complaint is it does not cook evenly. The heat is not consistent over the entire griddle. It is very sturdy. I have dropped it a couple of times and only broken handles. But handles can be replaced at a reasonable price.
I would recommend this to a friend!
