Wish we knew about this earlier

We we're interested in a mattress cover when we initially purchased our ghostbed about a year and a half ago. After speaking with customer service, we were advised against it as it may negatively affect the cooling off the mattress. Everything was fine until one of our dogs had a pretty serious accident on it. Researching our warranty on the site, we discovered the company now sells their own cover. Happy to have it now, but wish we had known about this earlier before out mattress was permanently stained.

The Ghost Bed has the comfort you get from a memory foam bed with firmness more.loke a traditional mattress. Overall, very happy with the bed.

Wasn't impressed with protector. It wasn't very stretchy and made a lot of noise when sleeping.

I had bought a regular spring mattress just 4 years ago and because of some bursitis in my hips and just getting older in general I have had an increasingly hard time sleeping, especially on my side, being woken up by pain. I had heard good things about the bed in a box beds and reviewed several different companies. I found that the best reviews and price were with the Ghost bed. I also liked the pay over time feature. I ordered one for myself, a full size and another for my sister, a twin, who had not had a new mattress in nearly 30 years. I am glad I took the chance, this bed is wonderful and I have a lot less pain when I sleep on my side (I am a side and back sleeper) And my sister is very pleased also. I did have a few questions about shipping that I had to make some phone calls about but the customer service was very friendly, helpful and I did not stay on hold at all. I would and have recommended this bed to friends and coworkers.

Keeps me way cooler at night. I used to wake up in a sweat and break up all over my back. With the cool system ghost mattress protector, I haven’t had that problem anymore.
