Honestly was cautious of putting this on because I thought it would be noisy and hot. In reality I can’t tell that it is even there.

Quality and warranty disappointing

Bought this in april to go with the brand new matress i bought through this site also. Had it for less than a year, cared and washed/dried it properly. Im pretty disappointed in the “fine print”. My history with buying things meant to protect a product has always been that they can guarantee and replace a product damaged by their product not doing its job. My son was napping with me in my bed and had an accident. I changed the sheets and protector immediately yet it still leaked through. They offered to send me a new protector but cannot replace mattress or help with cleaning fees. Not really sure what the use of a waterproof protector is if not to prevent liquids from seeping through. But anyways, now i have another protector im supposed to trust that will protect my matress
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
