I think it serves its purpose but I think the material could be cooler. We purchased the Ghostbed Luxe Cooling and I feel like the protector may be inhibiting the cooling feature of the bed.

I had a tempur pedic before I bought my ghost bed. I LOVE the ghost bed so much better. It keeps me cool, it's firm but still comfy. Best purchase in a long time.
