Excellent Purchase

We are very happy with the purchase of our Ghost Bed adjustable system. We got the Flex mattress, and it seems to be very comfortable so far. The adjustment system is awesome! I highly recommend the shorter legs, unless you are super tall. The headboard brackets, however, not so much. Was really disappointed that they didn't work with the shorter legs and our headboard. Kind of a waste of money. The initial delivery was on time; however, they did not set up with the extra parts so we had to have them back. 4 appointments later, everything was finally complete. XPO, which is the company that handles the white glove delivery, is very inconsistent with their communication and very unwilling to schedule a delivery window that is convenient for the customer. The guys who did the actual setup were great!

Bed frame works well. The light is nice for middle of the night.

My husband had serious issues with our previous bed. If he laid on his bank his hip would hurt, if he laid on his side his shoulders hurt. So he would rarely stay in our previous bed for more than 3 hours. Now that we have our adjustable ghostbed flex, he sleeps in it all night long... with little to no pain. And I finally can sleep on my back, just a little head elevation and I sleep like a baby! It's also super cool temperature wise to sleep on. Can't recommend these enough!

First the boxes they were shipped in fell apart in the delivery truck. Poor 1st impression.

Cooling technology seems to be more hype than substance I’m not sleeping any cooler than I was with my old bed. Mattress is not comfortably soft. There is not very much I really like about this bed.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

First off - excellent service - order process was vey smooth! Bed was delivered in about 3 days - yes even in the pandemic! Set up was incredibly easy --- really just put on the legs, plug it in & go to sleep!!!!! Had 1 question so sent via the web site --- got a reply within the hour - very impressive!
Only concern were -1. the instruction booklet was the French version and we needed the English - although as mentioned previously, it was very easy to figure out & 2. would have liked a video or guide on using the remote (again - my apologies if I missed it in one of the boxes!) The bed is beyond comfortable! Have been dealing with leg pain and interrupted sleep for the last few years - since the first night on the adjustable split king - only comfort & deep sleep!

Ghost Bed = Good Sleep

We have had our ghost for a month or so and both of us wake up much more refreshed than we did before. The mattress is comfortable and the bed responds to our commands.
