Slow delivery & expensive product

First it took two weeks to get the product, even when they said it would be sent in 24 hours.
This is expensive to replace. I know they have the technology to replace the remote with a smart phone app, but they don’t because they make more money with us buying a new remote.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

The whole ordering process was great, the items were delivered in a timely manner, boxes not damaged. I haven’t personally been able to try the bed out, due to personal issues, the pillows I have tried and I love them. I will be more than happy to give a another review later about the bed when I have had time to rest on it.

Two Twin XL mattresses making a king is a novel idea, but for our dogs, who sleep with us, not great. The mattresses slide apart and the dogs disappear into the ravine. We bought a strap, but do I want to sleep on a ratchet strap? Cant go around the perimeter, as suggested, because of differing levels of adjustability between the two, so going across is the only option. Not great.

GREAT MATTRESS

I have had my mattress for a month and I am happy with my purchase. I love hybrid, memory foam and coils. It has bouncy feel. The mattress is cool to the touch, I do not wakeup sweaty. I recommend this bed to combo sleepers.

The adjustable frame is perfect for us . The mattress is a little on the firm side . After adding a mattress topper everything is ok.

We ordered a bed at the softest degree and it's extremely painful to sleep on.
After 2 days I ordered mattress pads, but it is still very firm!
