Fully wonderful so far and even during this pandemic , Their customer support was great and the bad even showed up a lot sooner than thought it would. The adjustable base is also amazing The adjustable base is also amazing.

This new base is a game changer, I have begun sleeping better and takes less time to get comfortable. I work in a stressful job on the front lines and being able to get better sleep has made A huge difference.

Researched various adjustable bases before buying GhostBed and I'm very pleased! The transition is pretty smooth with the adjustments. I have been using the zero gravity setting for sleeping and I don't wake up with lower back pain anymore! I tend not to use the preset TV and reading modes because I found them to be too upright but it's easy enough to adjust the foot and bed manually. I was also skeptical of the massage feature but I was pleasantly surprised you can actually feel the vibrations over the mattress. It's fairly quiet too! The under-bed light, flashlight on the remote control are such nice features that I didn't find in other brands. I also like that you can add a headboard to the base.
I would recommend this to a friend!

They work as specified and are easy to pop on. I didn't give them five stars because it really seems like you should have a choice of shorter legs with bed purchase. Seems wrong to pay a lot of money for something so simple to make the bed safe for the elderly.
