Long shipping wait due to... covid?

While I LOVE this base, I recommend you have help when you move this into your home. It is quite heavy. Assembly was quick and easy.
I did not enjoy the excessively long wait for it to ship. A week after order, we got an email saying it shipped. A few days later we received, not the base, but the mattress itself. Then we were told shipping the base would take longer due to COVID-19. That was all fine. Another email came saying base shipped. We received instead, our shredded pillows. Again, we received another email, this time stating that the base was on backorder.
In all, it took two months after the time we received our mattress go get our base.

Excellent adjustable bed

This adjustable bed has met all my expectations. Very easy to assemble, great user friendly remote and very well constructed. You may need another person to carry it to the room. I put the carton on a towel and slide it on our hard wood flooring. This is a good investment for comfortable positioning. Had it for two months now and very happy. I researched a lot and this was the best I found. I am actually using it with a bed from another manufacturer, nothing against ghost bed, just liked another one better.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Love the bed! The mattress and adjustable base is second to none. Frame is very sturdy and solid. The pillows are awesome also my neck feels great when I wake up.

Overall we are very pleased with our purchase. I love the firmness of the mattress which I was aware of but it was a little too firm for my husband, just a heads up. The reason for four stars is because the setup wasn’t as easy as stated, the motor on one of the bases wasn’t attached and when we turned it over, it literally fell to the floor. Luckily my husband is super handy and could tell right where it was supposed to be attached and modeled the 2nd base to ensure it was put back where it belonged. We love the functions and the especially the massage feature!

Worth the wait

The bed is great. The adjustable base took a month to come in, but that’s not really on the company. The mattress, sheets, and pillow are comfortable. The adjustable base was worth the wait. Overall, we are very happy with the bed.
