When we had an issue with our new Ghost Bed, Customer Service was great. They worked with us until our issue was solved.
My husband prefers a hard mattress, but commented that the mattress is comfortable for him
Assembly of the bed was very simple. I would mention Ghost Bed to any of my friends who are looking for a new mattress.

We love our Ghost bed.I'm 63 yr old female.Able to set up myself,although base was a little heavy to flip over.Very comfortable mattress.Like the lights under the bed for walkway.Bought the sheets and they are so nice! Love the elastic all around to keep them in place.ENded up using the 12 in legs that came with the bed ,so will try to return the shorter legs we purchased.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I like the adjustable base, the presets make for easy adjustments. This base is perfect for sitting up to read or watch TV. I like the zero gravity setting for my back.

I bought a ghostbed adjustable base after doing a ton of research and reading people’s reviews. I assembled the base myself, it was quick and easy (though a little heavy, so I recommend 2 people for set-up). I’ve had it for two months and it’s been the most comfortable sleep I’ve ever had! *Disclosure: I went with a different mattress brand

Comfortable Bed

I like the bed and has some better points than my sleep number bed.
The lighted wireless remote is easy to use.
There needs to be better communication with delivery status. No one seemed to know what was going on as I received everything earlier and at different times. Just communicate!
The setup was easy, although the delivery people could have done a better job when leaving the boxes.
The mattress keeps moving off the base. Nothing keeps it on there so it keeps sliding left and right.
It would be nice to have taller legs.
Price is way too high!
I would recommend this to a friend!
