Love the GhostBed Flex!

The bed itself is awesome! Me and my husband have literally had the best sleep of our lives! We decided on the adjustable split king beds. While there is a bar that holds them in place at the bottom, they slip off to the sides easily and we have to push the mattresses back on the base every three days or so. This is not an issue if you’re young and healthy, but being older it’s not as easy as it sounds to put the very comfy mattress back on it’s base. We did have some issues about our understanding of the “White Glove” delivery service, which were resolved to our satisfaction. The Customer Service is awesome!
I would recommend this to a friend!

The best bed me and my husband have ever slept on! I typically like a soft mattress and my husband likes a firm mattress, we got the hybrid flex and neither one of us have had a complaint about it. We got the split king and being able to adjust each side to each of our liking is amazing. My husband use to snore really bad but now that he sleeps in the suggested sleeping position he barely snors anymore! I was hesitant about getting it but now that we have it I don't think we could go back to a regular mattress now. The massage feature is definitely a plus as well. You don't think you need it, until you have it and now I turn it on every night before bed. I would definitely say if your thinking about purchasing one, just do it! You won't be disappointed!

Super comfortable!!! Like the different settings. My husband was snoring so bad and now I can barely hear him. This bed has done miracles with him.

Three week shipping delay and

Three week shipping delay and split king mattresses that literally split apart throughout the night. I had to buy a king topper just to have a bed that doesn’t slide sideways.

Well after waiting for each piece to come in. We set it up and wow! No more snoring husband and relief from my reflux. The fact that we have our own control fabulous.
The massage aspect is wonderful. The USB ports are positioned just right and the lights underneath the bed are perfect for my husband getting up at night. We had a Sleep number bed for 17 years and this is like owning a Cadillac now. Setup was super easy too. Thank you. My only complaint was the fact that it didn’t come as one shipment, sheets first then a few days later the base and week and a half the mattresses.

Good base that will last you

My Friend had the bed already for a long time, he showed me all the features and the things the frame brought, lights on the bottom of the frame, the base capabilities, I was impressed, specially the price tag, he had it for a long time and he hasn’t had any issues with his bed. The instructions were also easy and clear to understand, the pictures of the components really help in doing the set up
One minor issue I had, I wish the wire that comes from the bed to adapter was at least 3 or 2 feet longer.
Also when I receive mine there was one minor issue, the power adapter didn’t work after a week of use, so I contacted costumer service, they send me an email to send some pictures and additional information, later on after a week I got a new adapter that work perfectly for now, hopefully everything is good,
The base is actually quite heavy but is totally worth it, it fits comfort with the bed frame I currently have and I can easily access the bottom of my bed without having to lift anything.
Over all I think is a good base and I’m going to give GhostBed the benefit of the doubt on my situation because sometimes things happen and my friends base has last him years already so hopefully my base last me a while
