Very very fast shipping. The adjustable bed was easy to set up. I had an issue with one of the adjustable bases and worked with the warranty department who sent a replacement out the next day. I just had surgery recently and thank goodness for this bed helping me get sleep! As a side note the mattress sheets are FANTASTIC!!! Great investment overall!

Currently waiting on my mattress exchange.
Have Luxe and its to soft, not really built for big bodies. Switching for the flex. Hopefully that is a better fit as I won't have any recourse if its not.
The adjustable base is comfortable and easy to set up.

Love our adjustable base. The zero gravity is a amazing. The message feature also wonderful. I have never slept so well.

One of the frames was cracked! CS is terrible!! More concerned with my packing up and returning damaged product. Then another had a cracked frame! They expect me to pack 100 lb packages to return. Mattress is good but not sure how long the adjustable bases are going to last. Would not recommend this company!

I have been looking at adjustable bases for some time. I happened to need a new mattress also. With my research I chose the split king adjustable base with the flex mattress. I absolutely love it!! Back pain was gone immediately! I am in love with the zero gravity setting! Set-up was seamless and really couldn’t be made easier! Shipping was fast! I was a little uneasy about buying a mattress sight unseen.... but this purchase was one of my best ever!!! Very Happy

I don’t like how the boxes were left outside. I understand due to covid, but they were heavy. The assistance would have been nice.
Other then that the bed is great. I don’t have any hip or joint pain when I wake up on the mornings.
