Love this base. Bought it for the adjustments, and was surprised with the USB and LED lighting. Nice features. Massage is ok. Could take that or leave it.

I always wanted an adjustable base and I decided to take advantage of the Ghostbed bundle offer. Extremely simple to assemble (queen size) and is an extreme value comparing other products on the market. I did not think I would use the massage feature much, but I do and it is very relaxing for me (6' tall, 245 lbs). All the other features work flawlessly. This is a great product and when paired with the Ghostbed mattress, it is unbeatable!
I would recommend this to a friend!

Broken Washers

When I opened the box, the straps that were suppose to hold the motors etc in place were broken. All the washers were broken. They sent 8 replacement washers for me to replace myself. With no directions!
Definitely not for a short legged person. Require 2 steps to get in. Would be great if it had shorter legs.

Got the two twins to make a base for a king mattress. Easy to setup, plenty of adjustable positions, and the remote comes with a lot of options. Love it.

My new Ghost Bed

We set up our new bed one week ago. So far, we absolutely LOVE it!!!
I’ve had cervical spinal fusion, and lumbar issues as well as acid reflux. My husband has sleep apnea and snores. Looking forward to many years of enjoyment and improved health. We purchased the king mattress and double twin adjustable bases. They are Synchronized to operate simultaneously! Love the remote too!!!!
While unpacking our twin adjustable bases, we discovered that both had damage occur during shipping. It appears as thou something pierced both boxes and the damage is in the same place on both bed frames. It is located at the right head of each. I called and reported this and was told to follow up with an email and pictures. Will update review when I find out how they will respond.
