Buying a Ghostbed was such a great decision!

bought the Ghostbed Luxe mattress and adjustable base and I am so happy! The customer service I received through chat with my questions was very informative and helpful. I only took one day to decide the ghostbed was right for me. I ordered my bed on Friday and had received both pieces by Wednesday. When I had an issue setting up the base, Matthew in customer service knew exactly what I needed to do. I have had the best sleep since! I wasn't sure about ordering a bed online when I had no opportunity to lay down on it first but it was such a great decision. Having a 100 night trial is awesome but I noticed a difference the very first night. I would recommend and have recommended ghostbed to anyone that is looking for a new bed.

Delivery debacle

The product was ok but the deliverary process was less than adequate. The base came one day, the cover for the mattress two days later and finally three days later the mattress finally came. They were all ordered at once but using the same delivery tracking code they were delivered on three separate days. The delivery process debacle shadows the product chance of sucess completely!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

There was a piece of metal in one of the screw holes for the bed leg from when they mended the bracket to the bed but I contacted ghost bed and they sent out someone to repair it. Was able to knock the piece of metal out and I was able to set up the bed. Easy to put together and very comfortable. Love the pre programmed setting and the lights and vibrating base are a nice touch

4 star review: Shipping for the frame was quick! I received the frame in 2 days via FedEx. Setup was quick and easy. I've been getting some of the best sleep since having it. The massage feature and Zero Gravity features are the best.
Drawbacks: I haven't been able to get any of the 4 USB ports to work on the frame. I've plug and unplugged the bed but that hasn't gotten them to work. Also, the predefined memory setting for the TV mode literally bends the bed into a pretzel. I would love to override the setting to something that works best for me (like the memory setting.)

Easy to set up, easy to use, comfy!

The only downside is that the remote is a little confusing. I'm often adjusting in pitch blackness, so some variety to the shape of the remote so I know which end is up, and the buttons themselves, so I know what I'm hitting. A tether for the remote would help too. Having a control panel on the frame of the bed would be good for when I lose the remote. I may order another remote and attach it to the bed as a backup. The bed itself works wonderfully and the massage feature is a nice plus. Overall, very well executed and delightfully easy to assemble and use.

This thing is honestly great... Very comfortable, not much noise. The best thing is how back the head and feet recline, much better then the competitors.
