They are called ghost bed because they ghost you after purchasing there products! They do not return emails and if you call them you wait for the next representative for so long then they terminate the call. This company needs to make lots of improvements and hire more staff.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I sleep very well. The bed is super comfortable. I owned a Sleep Number before and I am not disappointed in the switch.

Flex queen and adjustable base

The Ghostbed flex mattress and Adjustable base size queen.. i gave hip issues so needed a better bed.
Ordered and received in a timely manner. Setup was pretty easy but you will definitely need more than 1 person to setup. Pros: many adjustments on the bed, the flashlight on remote, the lights underneath, comfortable mattress. Cons: my sheets pop off a lot when using the Adjustable base in the TV position. This was helped by ordering some of those sheet elastic clips. Also, the massage feature is kinda weak and just a vibration. After 1 week the base seems to have lost some of its strength when lying in bed and trying to adjust the head. Would definitely recommend the flex mattress but still not so sure the Adjustable base was a good buy.

Totally happy with my new queen bed with the adjustable base I have a back condition and can’t just sleep on anything, this is firm but comfortable, and the massage option is awesome. No complaints at all!

Mattress, pillows, and sheets are wonderful. Adjustable base is junk and not very sturdy. Wobbly and cheap feeling.

The price was great half

The price was great half the price of similar beds. It is easy to assemble and very comfortable, we bought the split king. The only down side is that the split mattress separates while sleeping. The adjustable base is great we massage every night for ten minutes, he uses the anti snore button so we both get a restful sleep.ps still waiting on second sheet set. Thanks, Patty
