After a month of use, I am very happy with this product. The only thing that could be better is that after you’ve cleaned a while, if you haven’t taken it back to self-clean, when you run up next to baseboards it will leave a long line of dirt that you have to move back out to get it to suck it up. Overall I would recommend because it is making my life a little easier.

I finally discovered what I need, after trying just about every version of Narwal since its inception. Maybe I just needed something simpler? This is it! I can pull it off the charger, quickly and easily clean both my wood floors and my (Ruggable) rugs. It doesn’t use tons of water, and dislodging pet hair from my Bernese Mountain Dog is a breeze. It’s been two months now, and I think we found a winner!

Overall the s30 does an ok job. It didn't come with any solution and I couldn't order any because they needed to make more. I'm sure had the product came with solution it would have cleaned better. I have had the s30 for almost 90 days and still don't have any solution so I can only use water. I would have given a higher review provided I had the ability to see it clean the way it was intended.

New Narwal. Wish I had gotten. Pro for hair cutter. Have more hair from big dog then I realized. Accustomed to apple type directions so I think directions could be more helpful for assembly and care but the machine itself is AMAZING
