What can I say about this device for such a price, a weak device. If you take it as a cloud storage with a package of at least some trifle. An interesting solution. Like everything else, very weak hardware. At home, I took it to transfer a family archive from old hard drives, it coped with the task 100%. I tried to install additional services and servers on it. I immediately encountered RAM, it is only 1 GB. Nowadays, for such a price, you could get at least 4 GB, or provide the ability to install an expansion slot. Close experience as a storage device works perfectly, as an additional media server it just does not export particularly 4k quality. If you have the money, I would advise you to take a server machine or a model older than this, but you will have to overpay twice as much.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
