[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This unit works as designed. It is like taking a shower in the rain.
The adjustable head makes it really nice to have the unit at the angle that
works best for you or the Missus. LOL

One weakness

I'm about to buy my 4th shower head of this style. Why? Because my wife likes the head and the way it adjusts up and down. But the other 3 all broke in the same spot, just below the screw on nut. If Waterpik can figure out how to make that area stronger, it would get a 5 star rating. I kept the other 3 in case I could use parts for replacement.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
