Cheaply made wont last very long

I bought this in August 2017. I never use it as a handheld shower. Anyways the handle leaks were the adjustment dial is to set for various sprays. I am mad this lasted only about a year. Thank God I kept my old German made handheld in the box this came in. That old handheld is still perfect. As for this Waterpik. It is junk!!
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Missing washer

I bought this product (which required a chainsaw to open the "Sealed Packaging") and Waterpik forgot to place 2 washers in the product container. It leaks profusely and no stardaed washer I try stops the leak. FRUSTRATING.

Beautiful shower head with multi features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Waterpik shower head is wonderful, has 6 settings, a 5ft hose and large wide head that covers all of you. I love the sleek look and finish. So easy to install, I was done in less than 10 minutes. The concentrated stream is great to get all the shampoo and thick conditioner out of my hair. There is also a circular rotating massage setting which is great for a stiff neck or helps me when I get a migraine. So happy with this product, definitely recommended!
