There was pressure initially. Now, I feel like someone is spitting at me as there is no pressure at all. It takes me forever to shower. I hate it!

Hello Noelleb- We're sorry you are unhappy with the XET-633E-643E shower head. To comply with federal, state, and local laws, the unit does have a flow regulator. The EPA restricts the maximum flow rate of shower heads, as well as the removal of the regulators. However, our US engineers specifically designed this product to operate at the flow rate allowed – while still optimizing spray force.
