Awful product. We had it a couple days, nit even a full week and it kept tripping our breaker. We plugged it into many different outlets in our garage but it did it to every single outlet. Super frustrating. This happened when we weren’t home and it caused so much of our food to go bad which makes you even more upset because it was a brand new freezer.
Of course we returned this product. We were then told that the compressor has been going out on these units. Annoying!!

We find the Element to provide even cooling top to bottom and front to back. The food seems to stay fresh longer. The one small quirk is that the shelf spacing doesn't accommodate tall soda bottles. Otherwise we're very happy and the price was remarkably inexpensive. Overall recommended.
