I bought this sewing machine a few months ago, and its my very 1st sewing machine and I could not be happier. Easy to use and does a great job.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I've been trying to return this machine for 2 weeks. I ordered this for its ease of use and what I received was a used machine. All I wanted was an exchange but I think this is going to be a refund only st this point.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Speed is too fast

I got this machine as a gift recently, when I pressed the presser foot to sew the speed is too fast even when i try to press it gently I can't get a continous slow sewing motion. I watched the videos by singer on YouTube for how to set up and get started sewing and I noticed their machine was running much slower and the could do a continuous slow motion. Now my machine sits in a box the corner because it way to fast and I can't get it adjusted please help!!!!!

Having grown up in Germany, I held Singer in high regard. Their name evoked a sense of quality and reliability, almost synonymous with craftsmanship. So, naturally, I decided to purchase a Singer machine for my family. Imagine my shock—and disappointment—when the machine arrived in a dysfunctional state. It was so poorly constructed that we had no choice but to return it just hours after unboxing it. A brand I had trusted implicitly had failed spectacularly.

Good machine but bad bobbin winder

I got this a few months ago and have started using it very regularly. Once you get the hang of it, the machine works well overall. However, the bobbin winder does not work. I can never wind a bobbin full, I need to stop at about 3 quarters or it will be too loose and get tangled. I’ve watched multiple videos and tried all the tricks and nothing works. Very disappointed as it is a feature that requires use regularly.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I purchased this machine as a beginner and I really like it. I made a pair of pajama pants with a fun print. The sewing machine cover that came with it is a bit of joke, though. I don’t see why they even mentioned it, it’s like tissue paper.
