Magnets are weak and can’t charge through

After having the snap4 luxe, I am disappointed. Going adhesive free kills the magnet power and the ability to charge through. I only upgraded so the orange would match my 17pro. So other than that I hate it.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this grip

I love this grip for my phone. I use the one finger mode and my only problem is after a while of use it doesn't want to snap back down flat which is a problem when you want to use magsafe accessories or use a phone mount in the car. Other than that I absolutely love it.

Fine, but won’t buy again

Ordered a pair of these excited to replace the bigger name brand. Immediately felt disappointed as the product seemed cheaply made from cheap materials. That being said, the plastic does seem to be relatively strong, but the magnet is not. It’s taken some getting used to when it comes to “popping open” the grip, and it feels awkward 99% of the time. I cannot stress enough how weak the magnet actually is. Multiple times I’ve had it pop itself off the phone with the slightest jarring motion (think riding on a train and it gets bumpy, pops off while holding the phone). There was also info that it works to charge your phone even in a case. This is not my experience and I still have to remove the grip to be able to use the magnetic charger. Overall, it’s fine. 3 stars is being generous, but there are some nice factors such as how thin it actually is and the ability to use it as a stand etc. when I inevitably lose it or it breaks, I will not be replacing it with another snap grip. (Also it doesn’t snap, not sure where that name came from. In fact if you keep it extended in your hand for a long period of time it won’t even hold back in place)

I love this grip. It's so thin that it allows my phone to actually lay flat on a table, which is great because I take notes on my phone. The magnetic features is a great plus if im standing in one place for a long time. I was worried the part you hold might break because it's so thin, but its super strong and sturdy. Highly recommend!

Magnet strength not as strong as before

Hi. I love your product & have used my other oh snap religiously.. I just ordered another in orchid and have been using for a little over a month but the magnet doesn’t feel as strong. A couple times has fallen off places my other one stuck to really well. Not sure why this is happening but my old one was definitely stronger
