Not strong enough

I have an old snap grip that has had bought a while ago and I love it so when I bought new ones I thought they would be the same but the magnet isn’t as strong and would just slide down when I would stick it to the fridge or any metal surface.

One of the little plastic springs broke. I've had it less than a week.

Happy but disappointed

I really loved my first snap 4 luxe. It had really really strong magnets and it came with sticky double sided tape which made it adhere to my pixel 10 fold case really well. I recently upgraded to the newer model and the magnets sucks. It falls off my phone with very little pressure. When the product costs as much as it does I expect premium results. I will say it feels better and more premium but the magnets are not good. Even docking it in my car & my wife's car isn't a good experience anymore. A strong enough bump and it falls right off the magnet mount. I loved my last one a lot. I told all the customers at work about it. I'm just disappointed in the magnet strength and hope to see the company fix this because I really like the product overall.

Love that it’s so thin and doesn’t get hung up on while taking in and out of pockets or purse! Have only had it for a week, so far would highly recommend!! Price point is fairly high is my only reason for only 4 stars.

Doesn’t stay closed. Always pops open. Sure is a lot of money for something that doesn’t work well at all. I would never buy another one.
