Was great, until it stopped working

After 5 months, the sticky back started coming undone. I washed it as suggested, but in process, the middle part of the grip fell out. I can't get it back in so that it spins like it did originally. Not very well made and disappointed with the product. I should have just bought a case with it integrated into the material.

The little disc doesn’t work at all as a kickstand. It is uncomfortable to hold fingers around. Great idea but big let down

I think this is a great way to hold onto my phone. I don’t know if I’ve used it too much in the short time I’ve had it (is that possible?) or maybe it’s operator error, (though I’ve tried every way possible), but I cannot get it to close flat any more. So it gets hung on my pocket which is a real bummer.

So Far I Am Very Happy And Impressed!

I got my “Boaring Black” snap grip about a week ago. I love it. The plastic strap like material between the base and the cap is still kinda worrisome to me as it just doesn’t look as quality as the aluminum parts, but it seems to work rather well. The grips very strong magnets hold it very well to the Magsafe case on my iPhone and charging through the grip with several brands of magsafe like as well as the original works perfectly. I have smaller fingers and every style of holding the phone works for myself, but if you have large fingers you might be limited as to how to hold it. Slides into my pocket with no snags and works well as a kickstand when desired

Okay Snap Grip for the Price

The snap grip works well most of the time but sometimes the plastic support for the pop up piece doesn’t fold properly and the pop up piece doesn’t sit flat. I have to adjust the part to get it to sit flush.

🧲 Strength 👎🏼 / Wireless Charging 🤞🏼

Compared to the Snap 4, the magnet on this version is noticeably weaker, which is really disappointing. I often magnetize my phone to my workout rack, and with the Snap 5 I’ve noticed that it slowly slips instead of staying firmly in place. This makes me nervous that my phone could fall and get damaged—something I never experienced with the Snap 4.I also find it more difficult to pop the grip out with one hand compared to the Snap 4. That said, this could be because I used the Snap 4 for so long that it was well worn in, so I’m not entirely sure whether this is a design issue or just a break-in difference.Another downside is that it does not consistently work with wireless charging. I’m using an Apple MagSafe charger along with an Apple phone case, and the connection can be unreliable. That said, there are a few things I really like about the Snap 5. I love the color, thin design, ability to spin, and I really appreciate the ability to remove and replace it from the phone. With the Snap 4, I eventually started having issues with the adhesive migrating, which prevented the grip from spinning properly. That problem hasn’t occurred here, and the removable design is a big improvement.Overall, while the Snap 5 has some nice design upgrades, the weaker magnet makes it feel like a step back compared to the Snap 4.

I like that the button is so thin but it doesn’t “snap” up. You have to pull it up. It doesn’t charge with my Apple mag charger or my cordless mag chargers. I threw it away.

Through the years I have had a lot of different grips for my phone, this one is by far the best one!
