Almost what I was looking for.

I like the idea not to remove the grip when charging or putting it on a magbase stand. However, I gave it a 3 star because I have to remove it when using any other wireless charger, like my vehicle wireless charger. And it not because the camera bump, because when I remove the grip, the phone charges just fine.Another issue is that the phone gets way too warm with the grip on and using an apple wireless MagBase charger when compare charging it without the grip.

Mostly great

I have actually purchased 2 of these and the first one is great. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock so I got a different color. It feels solid and works great. The second one I got, which is the color I wanted, is good, but it is very loose. It feels very flimsy and spins very easily. Maybe that's the way it's supposed to be, but I like the feel of the first one that is tighter and doesn't spin so freely.I have different wireless chargers, not magsafe, and it will only charge on one of them and the Snap Grip 5 gets extremely hot. I have to remove it to use the charger. I will get a magsafe charger and try that.

Not as good as Snap Grip 4

The magnets aren’t as strong.It is thicker than the 4.The soft texture feels nice but scratches easily.I mentally feel better if the 5 offered an adhesive as option. (I can visualize scenarios where you can accidentally knock the phone off the grip and the phone falls into the ocean or fall off a ski lift, etc.

No snap in ohsnap

i'm kind of shocked that it's this hard to open up the product with one hand. the whole point is to make the phone easier to handle with one hand. but the opening mechanics are so soft that it fluctuates in this partially-open state that's hard to get my fingers underneath and nothing solid to grip onto. snapping into the kickstand mode is also hard for different mechanical reasons

I have been an Ohsnap grip user for several years and after using pop sockets and other grips, I knew This was the best alternative. I also use the car mount which I love. However, the new grip without the adhesive is not an improvement to previous versions. I’m very disappointed because it falls off when I drop my phone, it’s stuck on the gym rack when I pull my phone off, and today, it’s been lost because it cannot seem to stick on my phone. I have a compatible iPhone and case. It’s a bummer, the previous ones with the reusable adhesive were so solid.....this, not so much.

Disappointing :(

I wanted to love it, I really did. It doesn't close all the way and is too flimsy even when it was working fine. Not a fan of the stability and the angles. When it is in kick stand mode, it still rotates around itself and so if you are trying to use it for stability, it might actually fall to the side unless you are only using it on a flat surface and not touching it much at all. I am sorry to say I am not a happy customer... also, if you use it a lot in one day, let's say you constantly try to hold it or pull your finger through, if you dont have any calluses, it will cause one... :( the mag, however is super quality. The color is nice and looks like it won't wear out any time soon.

Magnets keep popping out

Love the concept, and it works wonderfully when I'm not fighting to get the magnets back in place. I think we need to work a little bit on quality control. It wouldn't be such a big deal, but it won't stay on the magsafe charger when I leave it in place. If I use it with a finger through the opening it doesn't want to snap closed very well. Also, you are out of most of the colors all the time...
