Bent extension arm under tab! Still works most of the time. When its not working correctly the tab does lie flat.

The price for the quality of the product doesn't even out. The magnet is weak, a majority of the grip is plastic. Ease of use is ok, but not great. I am just underwhelmed.

The one big drawback is that this grip negatively affects my charging ability on many of my chargers, so I have to remove it from the case. Had I known that would happen, I probably would not have purchased this grip. With that said, everything else is true to how it is described. I do like the compact nature of it. Unfortunately, the stand only works in landscape mode and does not work if you are holding your phone vertically. While this is certainly not the end of the world, it is a bit of a downside for how I use my phone.

Wow. Wow. Wow. You did it with this thing. I have to say, I’m beyond impressed. I was most concerned with the size as I don’t use a case, I use a 13 mini and slide my phone into my back pocket so anything on the back that isn’t slick (like most grips) doesn’t work for me. Snap Grip is undetectable, LITERALLY, BUT you know it’s there! Super easy to learn to navigate with confidence, don’t change a thing!

I love these grips so much that I purchased one for my entire family! They absolutely love them! Now even my granddaughter knows how to use it and borrows our phones to watch her favorite videos by putting the phones in “kick-stand” mode. 111-10!

Not Magnetic Enough to hold up my phone...

I have a Galaxy 25 Ultra and the magnet isn't strong enough to hold it to anything I've tried. It just says "weeeeeeeeeee!" All the way to the floor. I mounted it to the outside of my case and charging through both seems to be an issue as well. It's awkward and with it being flimsy, it's hard to just pop and use...unlike my other pop up "keepin' my phone from flying out of my hands when my dogs get rambunctious, thingy". I love the color I chose, it matches my phone well and the fact that it's super flat is nice...but functionally, I'm struggling to make this thing work for me like I was hoping.Suggestions?
