Amazing mower

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this after my gas mower got a hole in the deck… it’s so amazingly light I can get my grass done faster without as much effort… so easy to adjust the deck… handles the grass easily for power… my yard is small so one charge easily does it

Had this mower for less than two years, and now it doesn’t start. Greenworks tells me it is a good product, but I should buy a new one as service will cost too much. That is a CRAPPY product. I had a gas mower for 39 years that always started. This is terrible support

We understand you are not happy with your warranty period. A warranty is a promise made by us the manufacturer that the product will have a guarantee to be useable within the time frame from the date of purchase, full details warranty policy can be found in the user manual or on our website, www.greenworkstools.com. In some cases, we make an exception by using the serial number, in this case we would not be able to use the serial number as it exceeds the warranty period as well, please note that making this exception goes beyond our responsibility as the manufacturer, we do this as courtesy.
All companies on the market have a warranty period and policy in place. We at Greenworks like any other brand, have a warranty procedure we must adhere to for warranty claims and their timelines. Greenworks 48V line is backed by a three-year tool limited & three-year battery warranty which is more than double industry standard. This means you’ve got a little protection on your investment. It also makes a statement on how much Greenworks stands behind their products.
We are sorry to hear about the issue you are experiencing. However, the warranty period has passed, and without proof of purchase, we are unable to process warranty claims. We understand this may be disappointing, but we appreciate your understanding.

Poor Battery Life

I bought this product in April 2025 and just started using it in June. After a full charge, I got barely 5 minutes of runtime—completely unacceptable for something brand new. I tried recharging the batteries, and now it’s been blinking green for over two hours with no sign of progress. This thing is clearly defective or just poorly made. For the price, I expected at least basic functionality, but this is junk. Save yourself the frustration—look elsewhere.

Never need to push again!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this after using a manual mower for a while. I didn't want gas around my dogs so I looked into battery power and found this. It was not supposed to be this better but I am glad I switched to a self propelled mower! The only reason I had a bit of sweat was from the heat not the work.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Easier Than I Thought

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this lawn mower about a month ago and, so far, have been very pleased with my experience. The variable self propelled feature allows the mower to climb a 45 degree incline with ease. The large wheels and manual control cut under shrubs and other awkward areas with less stress than I anticipated --- especially with its hefty ~80lbs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

If you produce a good product why not a complete pamphlet on how to assemble and operate. Mows nice if you can get it to start and keep running without directions. It would be useful to have surveys after the owner has had a few times to use it.
