[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Incredible entrepreneurs in all of these agencies was worried originally about using a battery-powered string trimmer that it wouldn't have enough power. This works great! Have had no issues with power. Very easy to use. Would recommend for registration a UPC code or a QR code to make it easier for the registration to find the serial number and model numbers however.
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I live on 20 acres and use all of my greenworks tools on a daily basis just to keep the property under control, I’ve put my tools thru it and they work like a champ. Out of the 8 I’ve bought I’ve only had a problem with 2 of them but again I work them pretty hard so I can’t complain. Great company and great tools!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am very happy with my purchase. Easy to use and battery seems to last long enough to get the job done. Way lighter than our gas powered tool.
Pros: Convenient, Easy to Use, Durable, Effective, Powerful

Powerful, but slight learning curve

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I first used this trimmer to edge my lawn along the driveway and walkways. As I started, I quickly learned that I needed to control it better as I was wobbling back and forth. It did a great job - except where I gouged the turf. Does edge better on the slower speed in my opinion.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Like it for the easy trimming around the house. Had to stop after a small section of heavier grass due to overheating

Hello David 38.
Thank you for the feedback. We are happy to hear about the positive experience you had with Greenworks 80V trimmer. Yes, you are right. Cutting thick, dense grass creates more friction, potentially leading to motor overload in a trimmer. This is because the motor must work harder to spin the cutting mechanism through the denser vegetation. To prevent this, we recommended users reduce the load by cutting the grass in smaller sections. Here are some additional tips to help. Avoid using the trimmer on wet grass. Wet grass can make the cutting process more difficult and may lead to clogging or reduced efficiency. Allow the motor to cool down between use, instead of running the trimmer for extended periods continuously. Lastly, regularly check and clean the trimmer for optimal performance.
We hope you will find this information useful. If you require any additional support or have questions regarding a product, we recommend try our Q&A section on product's page or Chat with us direct on our website www.greenworkstools.com.
